In 2021 I was commissioned by Sunhouse, Inc. to create three compositions and corresponding videos using Sensory Percussion to help promote their new sample pack titled “Polymorphia”. These videos are the resulting compositions that emerged. To accomplish the project I designed kits with sound design conditions that would augment the sounds as I performed and improvised. The randomness and spontaneity of this approach leads to unique and unexpected results that force me as the composer to react in real time to the sounds being produced.
